Artist Statement
The soft blue grey distance and colours of the Australian bush challenge me to create Landscape artworks that convey Australia’s unique light. I enjoy capturing “beach moments” in pastel, which usually convey a sense of family and friends in open spaces. When time permits, I enjoy painting florals and nature in pastel. Many of my artworks convey a sense of space and viewers often comment that they are “peaceful” or “serene.”

My recent work is traditional in style using oil on board / canvas, or pastel. All materials and framing are professional quality for archival purposes.
